We joined together as a school to celebrate and commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day on Thursday 8th May.  Every child created a piece of bunting to decorate the playground, we sat together on tables set up as a letter V to eat our picnic plates and each child and member of staff signed their name in a giant chalk E on the playground.  We finished off with dancing and a conga led by Year 6!

It was a lovely event enjoyed by all!
