The children had lots of fun on the last day of term. In the morning we held our popular Easter Bonnet/Mad March Hair parade on the playground where the children were able to display their efforts. Later on in the morning, those children that had entered the Easter lucky dip event had great fun delving into the huge box of polystyrene balls to try and find a lucky egg. Many thanks to the Parents' Association who organised both of these events. In our special afternoon Easter Assembly, the Year 6 children drew 5 winners for each class in their Easter Egg raffle. They had asked the staff to donate an egg each and had sold tickets to the children in order to raise some money towards their end of year trip. Thank you to the staff for their generous donations and also to the children who bought the tickets. The winners from the Easter Parade were also announced where more Easter eggs were presented to the lucky winners. We also said goodbye to Mrs Robbins who is sadly leaving us to take up another position.
